For more than a decade, I've designed products for banking, identity and government: places where people meet complex systems. I make things that are hard to understand easy and safe to use.
I connect business strategy to the person using the product. That might be a banker using HSBC, a citizen verifying their identity for GOV.UK, or a project manager logging details in the field without an internet connection.
Today I co-run Tinqs, a five-person indie studio in London. We're making Ariki, a survival colony sim, and Tinqs Studio, a developer platform with built-in AI agents. There I've built AI helpers that audit design systems automatically and find gaps between design and development.
I'd love to talk about designing products that feel made for everyone, whatever country they live in and whatever language they speak.
